We Are Human Too
The call lights.
The falls.
The codes.
The system was always short.
Always strained.
And yet, somehow, we carried on.
The load was heavy.
Admissions.
Discharges.
Transfers.
Expected to carry it all –
The care.
The fallout.
The mistakes.
The load became too heavy.
And then something snapped.
Somewhere in the chaos,
We realized –
This is not normal.
This is too much.
Somewhere in the silence,
We remembered –
We are human.
In a system that forgets that.
Yes, we are human.
No, we are not superheroes.
We bleed.
We break.
We burn out.
And still, we show up.
But maybe now,
We speak up.
