You deserved better.
What happened to you was wrong, and you have every right to feel hurt. Every wound, physical or invisible, is valid. Every tear, every doubt, every sleepless night is part of a pain you should never have had to carry.
But here you are, still standing, still breathing, still fighting.
You are stronger than you know.
You have a big, compassionate heart, one you have given so freely to others. But now, it’s time to return some of that love to yourself. You are loved. And you are worthy of all the love, care, and tenderness you so generously offer the world.
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to feel sad, lost, and afraid.
It’s okay to feel like the weight of everything is too much to bear.
You have been through more than anyone should endure, and it’s okay to feel the depth of that pain. Healing does not happen overnight; it’s a slow process. But you are healing. And that takes time.
But hear this: you will get back up.
You are not done.
Even though it feels dark right now, as if you’ve been walking through a never-ending night, the light is real. It’s waiting for you, shining brighter with every step you take, no matter how small. I promise you: you will make it through this.
Hang in there.
You have so much left to do.
So much left to give.
Your story is far from over. The best chapters are still to come.
You will be the nurse who makes your son and your family proud. Your strength, your courage, your determination, they will see it. They will admire it. You are a force to be reckoned with. And one day, they will regret losing you. They will say, “We hit the wrong nurse.”
But you will know the truth: they hit the right one.
Because now, you are unstoppable.
Please, do not give up on yourself.
You are not crazy.
You are not lazy.
You are a warrior.
Your resilience, your refusal to be silenced, and your ability to keep moving forward even when everything inside you says to give up, are your greatest strengths.
You have that strength in abundance. It may be hard to see right now, but I want you to recognize your incredible progress. It’s all because of your hard work and your dedication.
I am incredibly proud of you, not just for the battles you’ve already fought, but for the battles you will continue to fight. You have fallen and been knocked down, yes. But you will continue to rise, stronger and wiser each time.
Your wounds do not define you.
You are defined by your victories.
And each one is a testament to your courage and determination.
So, keep going.
Do not look back.
The world has yet to see the full force of who you are, and I have no doubt you will show them exactly that.
You are loved. You are worthy. And you are unstoppable.
