Sounds Like a Sweatshop
Denied the calling we were meant to fulfill,
Rushed, pressured, and unappreciated.
Transactional, not personal.
Packaged, processed, and undervalued.
A system that’s cold and impersonal.
High numbers, low quality.
Unrealistic expectations.
Overworked, underpaid.
Endless hours with few breaks.
Hazardous conditions that wear us thin.
Both physical and verbal abuse.
Replaced when we break.
Expendable, ignored, and forgotten.
Sounds like a sweatshop to me.
